10. Non-Refundable Policy

Please note that all payments are final—fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, for all services and products offered by Unlocking Genius.

11. Terms & Conditions Specific to DMIT

  • All payments are final—fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once your payment is complete, our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule an appointment for fingerprint collection.
  • After we collect your fingerprints, your report will be prepared and sent to the registered email address in PDF format within 72 hours.
  • For your privacy and security, the collected fingerprint data will be securely deleted 10 days after the process begins.

12. Terms & Conditions for Other Services

  • All payments are final—fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
